Shoeboxtour 2009 - in Iceland again, and in Djúpavík again. After the great show last year Jay Gilligan (founder ofshoeboxtour), Erik Aberg and Mirja Jauhiainen came to us to give a juggling show in the old herring factory. And it was a wonderfull show again!

Finally my mum, my aount and my sister came to Iceland to visit me. And to get their own impression n this country. I met them in Reykjavík and so we drove till Djúpavík - incl. side trips to Kleifarvatn, Krýsuvík and Geysir.

17 June is the icelandic national day. And we in Djúpavík celebrated this day, too, with s short walk to the factory and back to the hotel - where coffee and cake was waiting for us.

Sidsel, Emily and I went to Norðurfjörður, a small culmination of houses with a store, petrol station and a bank, to buy some food - and icecream. And to see the "living brick" and say "Hello" (the real name of this brick is "Skyrkollusteinn").
