Since beginn of 2012 every day I publish one photography on my Facebook page. These pictures were taken in Iceland of course - and they are very different. BTW: The page is visible for all (and not only for Facebook members)! Here you get an overview of all pictures of "One picture per day".

Oil on the street - dangerous because slippery, and its pollution of the environment. So I called the office for environment (?) of Reykjavík town to inform about the oil on this street. They send a big streetcleaning car ... Active protection of the environment! Hahaha!

For the 'Museum Night' in Reykjavík Sophie Schoonjans (harpa) and Anna Jónsdottir (soprano) gave a classical concert with compositions by Henry Purcell. And this concert was held at a special place - inside the Einar Jónsson museum ... in a special room with sculptures made by this artist ...

Vilborg A. Gissurardóttir is the first woman who was hiking during 60 days (start 19 Nov. 2012, at the coast of the antarktis) to the south pole (17 Jan. 2013). Now she was showing her equipment inside HARPA and she was honoured by the president of Iceland. She also collected money for the women’s unit at the Landspítali hospital in Reykjavík.
